3rd November 2013 – Ceilidh Dance

Live music from:
Fish n’ Taters

Fish n’Taters play music for dancing. We play traditional English folk dance music in a lively style that makes your feet want to dance!
All the members of the band love dancing as well and that shows in our playing.
We play for ceilidhs, barn dances, weddings, birthdays etc.
Fish n’Taters has been for many years one of the resident bands at Mumpers Ceilidh Club in Derby.

Talking you through the dances:
Lynne Render

Lynne is a dancer and caller from Loughborough. She calls regularly at clubs, public dances, ceilidhs and festivals. Lynne calls a mixture of dances for a wide range of dancers but her particular interest is American. She always looks for interesting but flowing dances and firmly believes that a clear explanation will enable the less-experienced dancer to enjoy a good dance. Lynne enjoys dancing herself through social dance, ceilidhs and Appalachian clogging.
